Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
✔ Be experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
✔ Commit to the full one-year program and actively participate in training and community life.
✔ Be physically and mentally capable of engaging in workforce training and communal responsibilities.
✔ Maintain a substance-free lifestyle (support is available for those in recovery).
✔ Have no violent criminal history that could pose a risk to the community.
Application & Selection Process
Initial Inquiry & Pre-Screening – Applicants can apply online, through a partner shelter, or via direct outreach efforts.
Interview & Assessment – Each applicant meets with program staff to discuss their background, needs, and goals.
Readiness Evaluation – We assess motivation, commitment, and ability to adapt to structured living.
Acceptance & Orientation – Once selected, participants move into Phase 1 (Stabilization & Orientation), where they receive an individualized growth plan tailored to their needs.
